When to Replace the Battery

Over time, the battery's capacity gradually decreases. We recommend that you replace your battery when you notice that it begins to store significantly less charge.

Changing the Battery

Change the main battery pack as follows:

1.Turn off the thin computer and disconnect the power adapter from the electrical outlet.

2.Close the display cover and turn the thin computer over.

3.Slide the battery lock (3) to unlock.

4.Slide and hold the battery release latch (1) away from the battery (2) as you gently pull the battery out of the battery compartment.

5.Slide and hold the battery release latch (1) and then insert the new battery into the battery compartment. Make sure the replacement battery is properly orientated. Check that the battery lock (3) locks back into position.
