This device has been tested and approved in accordance with the basic require- ments and other relevent regulations of the EMC guidelines 2004/108/EC as well as the guidelines for low voltage devices 2006/95/EC.

Even when using 3 V mains adapter, a battery must be inserted. Otherwise, the clock will not function.

For Model KH2198: Insert the single battery into the upper part of the battery compartment k. The two other batteries, one above the other, power radio operation and the projection.

For Model KH2199: Insert the single battery into the compartment marked “CLOCK USE”.
