Overview

If your SmartDisk FireWire CD-R/W is not working properly, please see the table below for possible resolutions. If the problem is related to the CD recording process, please refer to the CD recording software documentation as described on page 22. If the problem is not resolved by reading this User Guide or the aforementioned means, please contact Technical Support as described on page 11.
