4.Use a cotton swab dipped in denatured alcohol or tape head cleaning solution to clean the play head, pinch roller, tape guides, and capstan.

Your SCP-98 AM/FM Stereo Cassette Player might cause TV or radio interference even when it is operating properly. To de- termine whether the SCP-98 is causing the interference, turn off the SCP-98. If the interference goes away, the SCP-98 is causing it.

Try to eliminate the interference by:

Moving the SCP-98 away from the TV or radio

Connecting the SCP-98 to an outlet that is on a different electrical circuit than the TV or radio
