For efficiency purposes, Customers are reminded that should their Erics- son Product need warranty service, they return it to the dealer from which it was purchased or call their local Ericsson helpdesk for further information on warranty claims.

Conditions

1.The warranty given herein is only valid if the original receipt issued by the dealer to the original purchaser, specifying the date of pur- chase and serial number, is presented along with the Product to be replaced. Warranty service may be refused if this information is not available or has been removed or changed after the original pur- chaser of the Product from the dealer.

2.Any replaced Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Replacement may be via functionally equivalent reconditioned units. Replaced faulty parts or components will become the property of Ericsson.

3.This warranty does not cover any failure of the Product due to nor- mal wear and tear, misuse, including but not limited to use in other than a normal and customary manner, in accordance with Erics- son’s instructions for use and maintenance of the Product, accident, modification or adjustment, acts of God, improper ventilation, or damage resulting from liquid.

4.This warranty does not cover product failures due to repair installa- tions, modifications or improper service performed by a non- Ericsson authorized service workshop, opening of the Product by a non-Ericsson authorized person or use of non-Ericsson original accessories.

5.Batteries are not covered by this warranty.

6.Tampering with any of the seals on the Product will void this war- ranty.

7.THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OTHER THAN THIS PRINTED LIMITED WAR- RANTY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMI- TATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FIT- NESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DU- RATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT WILL ERICSSON BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, COMMERCIAL LOSS, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE; TO THE FULL EXTENT THOSE DAMAGES CAN BE DIS- CLAIMED BY LAW.
