Installing on Windows
The ISI9234HPCIE supports both
■Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012
■Windows 7, 8, Vista, and XP
For Linux support, refer to Installing on Linux.
Downloading Windows Drivers
Note: Drivers for all supported Windows operating systems are included in the same zip file.
To select the correct driver, you need to know if you have a
1.Go to www.multitech.com/setup/product.go and select your model from the Product drop down list.
2.Click Drivers and download the Windows driver.
3.Open the zip file and extract the files for your operating system to a folder in your Program directory.
Using the Windows Installer
Note: You need administrator rights to install the driver on your computer.
After you have installed the device in the PCIe slot on the computer's mother board, install the driver you extracted:
1.Boot to the Windows operating system. If the Found New Hardware window appears, click Cancel to close it.

Installations Did Not Install Four COM Ports or Modems
If the installation process did not install four COM ports or in the Device Manager, four modems:
1.In the Device Manager, run Scan for Hardware Changes.
2.Reboot the computer.
