Connects a PS/2 mouse.

Connects a keyboard.

3Universal Serial Bus (USB) connectors (2)

Connects a USB device.

Connects a compatible serial device, such as a digital still camera.

5Printer connector

Connects a parallel device, such as a printer or scanner.

6Monitor connector

Connects a standard CRT display.

7Headphones connector

Connects the supplied speakers or optional headphones.

8Line in connector

Connects an audio device.

9Game/MIDI connector

Connects a game or MIDI device.

10Microphone (MIC) connector

Connects a microphone (optional).

11Ethernet connector

10Base-T/100Base-TX Fast Ethernet interface.

The connector marked with (Network) is for LAN connections only.

12i.LINK 6-pin (IEEE1394) connectors (2)

Connects a digital device such as a Sony Digital Handycam® Camcorder.

13AC Input connector

Connects the supplied power cord.

14Empty PCI Slot

For a PCI Add-On Card (optional).

15Line jack

Connects a modem cable to the wall jack.

16Telephone cable jack

Connects the phone cable to the computer
