•Payment: the amount paid each month for the loan.
•Int Rate%: the loan’s interest rate. This should be entered as a percentage (8.5% should be entered as “8.5”).
•Loan Years: the number of years for the loan. Partial years can be entered as a fraction. For instance, a three and a half year loan should be entered as “3.5”. Loan Pro Lite will compute loans up to 50 years.
