WARRANTY INFORMATION

LIMITED WARRANTY

1.Labor: For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (or two years if you register the product), if this product is determined to be defective, EVGA will repair or replace, at its option, at no charge to the original buyer. After the expiration of the warranty period, you must pay for all labor and or replacement charges.

2.To obtain warranty service, you must take the product, or deliver to product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to an EVGA authorized return facility.

3.This warranty does not cover consumer instruction, installation, set-up adjustment or any other implementation service.

4.This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of , or to any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempting to repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by EVGA to service this product. This warranty does not cover products sold AS IS. This warranty is only valid in the United States of America.

5.Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which by itself is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented in order to obtain warranty service.

6.This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. EVGA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AN INCEDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitation on how long an implied warranty last, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In addition, this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
