Connecting to a Macintosh USB Port
Connect the USB cable (attached to the back of the Universal Reader/Writer) to the USB port on your Macintosh.
Note: Be sure the cable is properly aligned before connecting and do not force the connec- tion.
Connect the USB cable from the Universal Reader/Writer directly to the USB port on your Macintosh
