Replacing the Touchpad

Procedure

1Slide and replace the touchpad into its slot on the palm rest.

2Align the screw holes on the touchpad with the screw holes on the palm rest.

3Replace the screws that secure the touchpad to the palm rest.

4Follow the procedure from step 3 to step 9 in “Replacing the Palm Rest”.

Post-requisites

1Replace the hard drive.

2Replace the wireless card.
