Removing The Multimedia-Card Reader

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Remove the cover.

3.Remove the front bezel.

4.Disconnect the multimedia-card reader cable from the system board. Disengage the cable from the metal clip(s), if present, that secure(s) the cable along the inside of the computer.

5.Remove the screws that secure the multimedia-card reader into the drive cage.
