Removing the Palmrest
1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2.Remove:
a.battery
b.base cover
c.SSD card
d.keyboard trim
e.keyboard
3.Remove the screws that secure the palmrest and flip the computer.
4.Perform the following steps as shown in the illustration:
a.Flip the computer.
b.Disconnect the touch cables from their connectors on the system board [1] [2].
c.Remove the screws that secure the palmrest to the computer [3].
