6.Lift the display panel out of the display cover and lay the display panel flat on your workspace. Use extreme care when handling the display near the hinges and cables on the display cover to prevent damage to the display.

7.Disconnect the display cable by first squeezing the release tabs together, then separating the cable from of the connector.

8. Remove the four M2 x 3-mm screws from both the right and the left display panel brackets.

Removing an LED Display Panel

1.Follow the instructions in Before Working on Your Computer.

2.Remove the display assembly (see Removing the Display Assembly).

3.Remove the display bezel (see Removing the Display Bezel).

4.Remove the four M2.5 x 5-mm screws that anchor the display panel.
