HOSE TYPES

The rated working pressure of the hydraulic hose must be equal to or higher than the relief valve setting on the hy- draulic system. There are three types of hydraulic hose that meet this requirement and are authorized for use with Stanley Hydraulic Tools. They are:

Certified non-conductive— constructed of thermoplastic or synthetic rubber inner tube, synthetic fiber braid reinforcement, and weather resistant thermoplastic or synthetic rubber cover. Hose labeled certified non- conductive is the only hose authorized for use near electrical conductors.

Wire-braided(conductive) — constructed of synthetic rubber inner tube, single or double wire braid reinforce- ment, and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover. This hose is conductive and must never be used near electrical conductors.

Fabric-braided(not certified or labeled non-conductive) — constructed of thermoplastic or synthetic rubber in- ner tube, synthetic fiber braid reinforcement, and weather resistant thermoplastic or synthetic rubber cover. This hose is not certified non-conductiveand must never be used near electrical conductors.

To help ensure your safety, the following DANGER tags are attached to all hose purchased from Stanley Hydraulic Tools. DO NOT REMOVE THESE TAGS.

If the information on a tag is illegible because of wear or damage, replace the tag immediately. A new tag may be obtained from your Stanley Distributor.

SD67 specifications

The Stanley Black & Decker SD67 is a highly versatile and innovative cordless screwdriver that stands out in the crowded power tool market. Designed for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, the SD67 combines user-friendly features with advanced technology to deliver efficient and effective performance.

One of the primary features of the SD67 is its powerful motor that provides ample torque to handle a variety of fastening tasks. With a maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs, this screwdriver can comfortably drive screws into wood, plastic, and even light metal materials, making it suitable for a myriad of applications around the home or job site.

The SD67 incorporates a lightweight and ergonomic design that enhances user comfort and reduces fatigue during extended use. Weighing in at just over 1.5 pounds, it fits seamlessly in hand, allowing for precise control and maneuverability. The soft-grip handle further contributes to a secure hold, ensuring that users maintain stability even in challenging positions.

Equipped with a 2-speed gearbox, the SD67 offers versatility in its operation. Users can easily switch between low speed (0-400 RPM) for tasks requiring greater control and high speed (0-1300 RPM) for rapid driving of screws. This adaptability is crucial for varying application needs, making the screwdriver ideal for both intricate assembly jobs and quick fixes.

An integrated LED work light is another standout feature of the SD67, illuminating dark work areas for improved visibility. This is especially helpful when working in tight spaces or dimly lit environments, allowing users to see clearly without needing to reposition a separate light source.

The tool utilizes a lithium-ion battery that ensures longer runtime and quicker charging. With the capacity to drive approximately 300 screws on a single charge, the SD67 minimizes downtime, allowing users to complete tasks efficiently. Additionally, the battery’s charge status indicator keeps you informed, helping avoid unexpected interruptions during projects.

The SD67's automatic spindle lock allows for manual screwdriving, offering added flexibility to users who need that extra level of control. Furthermore, it comes equipped with a 1/4-inch hex chuck for quick and easy bit changes, accommodating a wide range of attachments and bits.

In summary, the Stanley Black & Decker SD67 exemplifies a perfect blend of performance, comfort, and technology. With its lightweight design, powerful motor, versatile speed settings, and convenient features, it is poised to become a trusted tool in any toolkit. Whether for casual use or professional tasks, the SD67 proves to be a reliable companion for enhancing productivity and achieving results.
