Step 6. Enable/Disable the Keyboard Power-On (JP10)

You can choose to enable the Wake-Up by Keyboard or Mouse function by shorting pin 1-2 on jumper JP1, otherwise, short pin 2-3 to disable this function.

Important:

 

 

 

 

1.When using the Keyboard Power-On function, please make sure the ATX power supply can take at least 720mA load on the 5V Standby lead (5VSB) to meet the standard ATX specifications.

2.If you use an AT power supply, make sure that JP10 is setting 2-3.

Clear CMOS Data (JP5)

In some cases the CMOS memory may contain wrong data, follow the steps below to clear the CMOS memory.

1.Clear the CMOS memory by momentarily shorting pin 2-3 on jumper JP5. This jumper can be easily identified by its white colored cap.

2.Then put the jumper back to 1-2 to allow writing new of data into the CMOS memory.
