A Macintosh computer with a USB port (USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Port recommended)

Mac OS 8.6 or higher (Mac OS 10.1 or higher recommended)

PC Users

A Windows-compatible PC with a USB port (USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Port recommended)

Windows 98 or higher (Windows 98SE or higher recommended)

Additional Software

The FireFly CD contains additional software for Windows and Macintosh users.

Retrospect Express Backup for Windows

The FireFly Installation CD contains an automated backup application for Windows users called Retrospect Express Backup. This tool can be used to automatically backup FireFly according to your schedule. When disaster strikes, you can recover lost work by restoring a single file or the entire contents of FireFly in one easy step. You can also backup your internal hard drive to FireFly. For more information, refer to the Retrospect Express Backup documentation contained on the FireFly CD.

CopyAgent™ for Macintosh

The FireFly Installation CD contains an automated backup application for Mac users called CopyAgent. CopyAgent streamlines and automates your backups. It is flexible so you can perform copy jobs right away or schedule automatic and unattended backups. For more information, refer to the CopyAgent documentation contained on the FireFly CD.
