7. What this warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover the following:
•uninterrupted or
•loss of, or damage to, your data;
•any software programs, that were not provided with the Freedom
•failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, or improper maintenance by you;
•damage caused by a
•return shipping costs for
•failure of, or damage caused by, any third party Freedom
This warranty is voided by removal or alteration of identification labels on the Freedom
8. Limitations
8.1We are only responsible for loss or damage to the Freedom
8.2We are not responsible for any
data including confidential, proprietary, or personal data contained in/on the Freedom
You should remove and/or backup all such information from the Freedom
8.3Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any of the following even if informed of their possibility: 1) third party claims against you for damages; 2) loss or damage to your data; or 3) special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
