3.1About the Software

This section describes the software provided and the hardware/software required to use with the printer when operating on Windows 2000.

3.1.1Bundled Software

The following items included on the enclosed CD-ROM are necessary for usage of the printer on Windows 2000.

Acrobat Reader

Enables you to view and print PDF files on all major computing platforms.

Readme.txt

Contains the cautionary notes on using the printer driver. Be sure to read this.

The operating environment for the Windows 2000 printer driver is as follows:
