Turn off the computer.
Do not use standby or hibernation.
Disconnect the AC adaptor and remove the battery pack

On-screen Manual

You can access the Reference Manual and the Important Tips on the computer screen.

When you access the Reference Manual and the Important Tips for the first time, the License Agreement of the Adobe Reader may be displayed. Read it carefully and select [Accept] to proceed.

Reference Manual

The Reference Manual contains the practical information to help you fully enjoy the computer’s performance.

To access the Reference Manual:

Double-click on the desktop.

Alternatively click (Start) - [All Programs] - [Panasonic] - [On-Line Manuals] - [Reference Manual]. Click [start] - [Reference Manual].

Please replace the procedure for “Inserting/Removing the RAM Module” in the Reference Manual with the fol- lowing procedure.

Remove the screws (A) and the cover (B) on the bottom of

 

the computer.

4 Insert/Remove the RAM module.

Lift up the sheet as illustrated at right to insert/remove the RAM Module.

To insert

ATilt the module slightly and insert it in the slot.

BPress down the module so that the right and left hooks (C) are locked.

The attached sheet is omitted in the illustration for explanation.
