Introduction

LEDs

The LEDs on the BayStack 70 Series 10/100 Ethernet Switches allow you to identify information about the performance and status of the switch including link activity, data transmission speed, and duplex mode.

Figure 1-4 shows the LEDs on the front panel of the BayStack 70-24T 10/100 Ethernet Switch. Front panel LEDs for the BayStack 70-8T 10/100 Ethernet Switch and BayStack 70-16T 10/100 Ethernet Switch are identical.
