This Appendix shows the default FreshMarx keypad template and food item tables for shelf life.

The keypad has 60 keys that can be programmed. It is not necessary to use all 60 keys or choose a background color. Background colors are normally used to separate families of food items for Salad Dressings, Breads, Meats, and Cheeses. See Chapter 3, “Editing the Overlay” for information on changing the overlay.
