Removing the Battery

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Remove the computer cover.

3.Lift the hard drive tray.

NOTE: The memory module shroud has been removed to increase visibility to the following procedure.

2. Use a small screw driver or a scribe to push the coin-cell release tab.

3. Remove the coin-cell battery from the computer.
