Chapter 4 Troubleshooting

If you found the router is working improperly or stop responding to you, before you contact your dealer of purchase for help, please read this troubleshooting first. Some problems can be solved by yourself within very short time.

Scenario

Router is not

Can’t get connected to

a. Go to ‘Status’ and check Internet connection under

System Status. You should see valid addresses

 

 

assigned to IP address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway

 

 

and Domain Name Server, instead of showing ‘0.0.0.0’.

 

b. Please be patient, sometime Internet takes 1~2 minutes

Check if you can get connected to Internet with your

 

 

computer directly attached to the USB modem provided

 

 

by your Internet service provider.

 

d. Check 3G user ID and password you configured for the
