(1)Mail-in:Der Kunde schickt das Produkt an die Fachwerkstatt von Acer. Nach erfolgter Reparatur schickt Acer das Produkt zum Kunden zurück.

Carry-in:Der Kunde übernimmt selbstständig den Transport des Produkts zu einer Vertragswerkstatt von Acer. Nach erfolgter Reparatur holt der Kunde das Produkt selbst wieder ab.
