Troubleshooting

Your computer does not recognize the Adapter.

Make sure that the Adapter is properly inserted into the USB slot.

The Adapter does not work properly.

Remove the Adapter, and then reinsert it into the computer’s USB slot.

Your computer cannot communicate with the other computers linked via Ethernet in the Infrastructure configuration.

Make sure that the computers are powered on.

You need to uninstall the Adapter software from your PC.

Follow the steps below.

1.Insert the Setup Utility CD into your PC’s CD-ROM drive.

2.The Setup Utility’s Welcome screen will appear on your monitor. If it does not, click Start, then select Run, and enter d:\setup.exe (where “d” is your PC’s CD-ROM drive).

3.Click the Uninstall tab, then click the Uninstall button.

4.You will be asked to confirm that you want to uninstall the driver. Click OK to continue the uninstallation process or click Cancel to cancel the uninstallation process.

5.This screen will appear when the Adapter is uninstalled. Click Finish to exit the screen.
