Why couldn’t PMP convert some music files successfully? Instructions:

1.Make sure you have installed Windows Media Player 10 or above version, and MP3 encoder in your PC. (following the pop-up downloading information to finish the installation. To download free MP3 encoder, go to: http://www. elecard.com/download/#freeware/ )

2.PMP supports MP3, WMA, WAVE, CD source formats. AAC formats (.M4A/ M4P/M4B) requires iTunes installed. Please check your source formats.

3.If you were converting DRM protected content, please make sure you have the valid digital right ownership.

4.Currently PMP only support common 16 bit audio sources. If you have 24 bit sources, please try converting it into 16bit formats first with some software editing tool (Ableton Live, Cakewalk, CoolEdit, Soundforge, etc.)
