Troubleshooting

If you experience any of the following difficulties while using the speakers, use this troubleshooting guide to help you remedy the problem. Should any problem persist, consult your nearest Sony dealer.

There’s no sound from any of the speakers.

Severe hum or noise is heard.

/Move the connecting cord away from any transformers or motors and least 3 meters (10 feet) from any fluorescent lights.

/Connect the speakers to your VCR or cable box instead of to your TV (see page 9).

Picture on TV screen vibrates or distorts.

/Move the speakers farther away from the TV.
