Download files of your choice from your PC.

Caution

To avoid damage to your recorder and corruption of your files, do not disconnect the USB cable while files are being transferred.

Download files to your recorder, and search for or delete files stored in your recorder.

Installing Kies

Insert the Installation CD into the CD-ROM drive of your PC. Click <KIES Install>.

■■Follow the instruction to start installation.

■■<Kies> installation starts and then creates an icon on your desktop when installation is complete.

Caution

Ensure that you run the <Kies> installer in your PC’s administrator account. Otherwise, <Kies> will not be installed. To find the administrator account, please refer to your PC’s user manual.

Use care when inserting the Installation CD into a vertically oriented CD-ROM drive.
