3.ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDY WHICH, BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. In no event shall Mitsubishi have any liability, includ- ing with out limitation, for general, consequential, incidental, or special damages for loss, destruction, damage or corruption of recorded data, media or software resulting from use of this television, or cost of recovery of lost data, media or software therefore.
