Recommended Recharging and Charging Times

Your new battery should be fully charged before it is used for the first time. Charging time is normally about 4 hours. A fully charged battery delivers 2.5 hours of use. Therefore, we recommend that you only charge the battery when the battery is down to its last hour of charge or completely out of power. Unnecessary charging of the Battery Pack will reduce service life. When the Battery Pack is being charged, the battery indicator will turn red. After charging is complete, the red light will turn to green.
