PLUG and PLAY

This Plasma Television complies with VESA DDC2B specifications, Plug & Play is a system with computer, peripherals (including monitors) and operating sys- tem. It works when the monitor is connected to a DDC ready computer that is running an operating system software that is capable for the plug & play.

When a Plug and Play PC is powered on, it sends a command to the Monitor requesting identification. The Monitor sends back a string of data including its characteristics.
