In Case of Trouble
If you suspecta problem with your unit, first recheckall your connections. If one channelis inoperative, the trouble may be causedby anothercomponentor evena defectivehookup cable. If only one channelremainsinoperative, try reversingthe Left andRight cablesto your preamplifier (turn it off before moving wires). If the samechannelstaysout, it indicatestrouble could be other than your D/A converter itself. We suggestyou contactyour authorizedParasounddealeror call ParasoundTechnical Service if you suspecta problem. We will suggestother diagnostic testsyou caneasily perform and which will saveyou a lot of trouble.
Ifwe detennine that your
Units that arrive without your specific Return Authorization number,without a suitableshipping carton or evidenceof improper internal packing or collect will be refused. We do not acceptcollect shipments. After repair under warranty, the unit will be returnedto you via prepaid UPS or RPS. If we found no problem with the unit, we will ship the unit by UPS or RPS collect for return shipping charges. In the caseof an out of warranty repair, we will advise you repair charges before you ship the unit. The samepacking requirementsand RA requirementapply.
