RECEIVER WARRANTY COVERAGE

Within 1-365 days from date of purchase.

Call the Star Choice Customer Care Centre (1 888 554-STAR) to see if we can help you troubleshoot the problem on the spot.

If it can’t be fixed over the phone, you’ll be given a Return Tracking Code # (RTC) needed to return the receiver for warranty coverage.

We’ll have a replacement delivered to you.

Your new receiver package will include a prepaid mailing label and instructions for returning the defective receiver. When doing so, you must enclose a proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt) and your RTC #.

We must get your defective receiver within 30 days of you getting the replacement. Otherwise, a charge for the receiver will be applied to your account.
