Memcorp Canada, warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a designated period from date of original purchase in Canada as follows: (Unless otherwise specified)

• ALL VCR’s AND VCP’s:

1 Year Parts (6 Months Video Heads),

90 Days Labour

Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Memcorp Canada will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise at no charge.

THIS UNIT CAN BE REPAIRED ONLY AT THE MEMCORP CANADA SERVICE CENTERS OR AT THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE DEPOTS (THE ADDRESS OF THE NEAREST DEPOT IS AVAILABLE BY CALLING 1-877-476-3561).

NOTE: This warranty is void if the product is:

(a)Damaged through negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident. (b)Used in a commercial application or rentals.

(d)Damage caused by improper connection to other equipment. (e)If the original proof of purchase cannot be supplied.

NOTE: This warranty does not cover:

(a)Damage to the tape or tape cartridge (if applicable). (b)Cleaning of video heads (if applicable).

(c)Damage occurred or costs incurred in the shipping of the product to Memcorp Canada Service Centers or the authorized Service Depots.

(d)Ordinary adjustments to the product which can be performed by customer as outlined in the owner’s manual.

(e)Signal reception problems caused by external antenna, cable systems or interference.

( f )Incompatibility due to the change in TV/CATV broadcast systems after the product was sold.

THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND DOES NOT EXTEND TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS OF THE PRODUCT. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY AS PROVIDED HEREIN BEGINNING WITH THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AT RETAIL. AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT THEREAFTER.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MEMCORP CANADA BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR PRODUCTS SOLD AND DISTRIBUTED THROUGH MEMCORP CANADA (AND ITS DEALER NETWORKS).
