2.2. SOURCES CONNECTION

A pair of digital outputs, both SPDIF and XLR, is available on the front panel to cascade the digital signal to the next D/A unit.

On the rear panel, select either the RCA or the XLR inputs by switching the tiny switch located between them.

Select also between the CH1 or CH2 sources which are propagated by the digital input cable.

When the input source is connected, connect one analogue output RCA jack to the analogue preamplifier line level input or the power amplifier analogue input, using a high quality analogue interconnect like the Goldmund Lineal Interconnect.

With the Mimesis 20.7 Balanced analogue built-in circuitry, you may also use the XLR balanced analogue output to connect to a balanced input source. However, the sound quality will not be as high as in the unbalanced mode.
