12.Personal Video Recorder(PVR)

Fast Rewind

1. Press the FAST REWIND button to go back during a recording or the buffer.

2. Each time you press the FAST REWIND button, the speed increases (x2, x4, x16, x32, x64).

3. If you press the PLAY button, the fast rewind operation stops and the programme is played at normal speed.

Note: You can fast rewind back to the start of a recording or to the start of the buffer. When you reach the start point the programme will play at normal speed automatically.

Slow Motion

1. Press the SLOW button to playback in slow motion.

2. Each time you press the SLOW button, the playback speed becomes slower.( ×½, ×¼, ×1⁄8)

3. Press the PLAY button to play the programme at normal speed.

Pause

1. Press the PAUSE button to pause the current programme.

2. If you press the PAUSE button once again, the programme is resumed from that point.

Note: Pressing PAUSE while watching live TV will increase the delay from the point you have paused to the live broadcast. You will be able to use the FAST FORWARD or SKIP functions during this time. To go directly to the live broadcast press the STOP button.

12.3Recording

Using the built-in hard disk drive, you can record a programme without external media devices such as a VCR.

Note:

Ensure that sufficient disk space is available before recording, the recording will either fail or not record fully if there is insufficient disk space.

A one hour recording may require 2-3 GB of space depending on the broadcast.

Radio programmes can be recorded.

Pressing the STANDBY button while recording will not stop the recording. The product will go to standby mode after completing recording.

Press the i button to display the the channel currently recording and i-plate.
