Playing a Tape

Using the Playback Features

Auto Repeat

You can play a portion of a program or an entire program over and over again. The portion or program cannot exceed a maximum length of 9 hours and 59 minutes.

1. Insert a pre-recorded tape and press STOP.

2. Go to the beginning of the segment you wish to repeat and press

STOP.

3. Press DISPLAY twice to bring up the time counter, then press CLEAR to reset it to 0:00:00.

4. Press MENU•PROG on the remote to display the VCR MAIN MENU on the TV screen.

5. Press 5 to display the SETUP OPTIONS menu.

6. Press 3 to display the CUSTOM SETUP menu.

7. Press 4 to select Auto Repeat.

8. Enter the time in hours and minutes for the length of the program.

9. Press MENU•PROG to set and then exit the menu system.

The amount of time you enter appears in the Auto Repeat line.

10. Press PLAY.

The tape plays for the length of time you entered, rewinds and begins play again.

11. Press STOP.
