Recording a Program
Express Recording (XPR)
Express recording lets you record up to four hours without using the timer program feature. The VCR will turn off automatically at the end of the recording.

Operating Instructions
1.Turn on the VCR.
2.Insert a tape with safety tab in place.
3.Select the channel you want to record.
4.Select the desired recording speed using SPEED on the remote.
5.Press RECORD twice to activate XPR recording.
6. Press RECORD repeatedly until the amount of recording time for the program is displayed in the VCRÕs display panel or on the TV screen.

Each press increases the time Ñ 30 minutes up to two hours and then one hour up to four hours.
The amount of time the VCR will record and REC will appear in the VCRÕs display panel.
You can increase the amount of recording time by pressing REC or RECORD.
Stopping a Recording in Progress
Press and hold STOP on the remote or STOP•EJECT on the VCR for approximately three seconds.
