Use a digital optical cord (square, not supplied) to connect the digital input jack of the optional MD deck to this jack. You can then record digital audio from this system.

Notes

There is no digital audio output from this jack during playback of an MP3 audio track.

If “MPX L” or “MPX R” is selected, the digital audio output from this jack will become monaural.

BVIDEO/MD (AUDIO IN) L/R jacks

Use audio cords (not supplied) to connect the audio output jacks of the optional component (such as VCR or MD deck) to these jacks. You can then output audio through this system.

CTV (AUDIO IN) L/R jacks

Use audio cords (not supplied) to connect the audio output jacks of a TV to these jacks. You can then output audio signal through this system.

DVIDEO OUT jack

Use a video cord (supplied) to connect the video input jack of a TV to this jack.
