APPENDIX B - SAFETY BRACKETS

You can use the safety brackets located on the LCD TV's spine module cover to protect the unit from accidentally tipping over or from unwanted theft.

English

1. ANTI-TIPPING MECHANISM

You can use the safety brackets to anchor the LCD TV in place by looping a security cable through the brackets and securing it to a surface that is strong enough to support the weight of the unit. Using the safety brackets in this manner does not preclude the use of the LCD TV base. The safety brackets must be used in conjunction with the unit base. The brackets are only to be used as an additional safety option.

2. ANTI-THEFT PROTECTION

The safety brackets can also be used to protect the LCD TV from unwanted theft by ooping a security cable through the brackets and bolting it to an immovable surface.
