If your LCD set fails to display, you can refer below to our recommended troubleshooting tips to find the problem and restore performance.
If the problems persist, contact your local dealer for further assistance.
Problem
There is no power.
There is no sound.
Check item
Make sure AC power cord is securely connected to the AC socket.
Make sure the DC power button is ON (Green LED).
Check your audio connection.
Press on the remote control again, so that disappears from the screen.
Check your audio settings, your TV audio may be set to SAP or minimum.
Press the Volume key on your remote control Make sure that headphones are not connected.
Snow appears on screen.
Power is ON but no screen image.
Wrong or abnormal colors appear.
Check your antenna connection.
Please check to see whether or not the video cable connected from your video equipment to your set is plugged firmly and correctly.
Please make sure whether or not the display source
is the one you selected by switching the button. Adjust brightness and contrast.
If any colors (red, green, or blue) are missing, check the video cable to make sure it is securely connected. Loose or broken pins in the cable connector could cause an improper connection.
Make sure that the HUE system settings are correct.
