RECEIVER

COAXIAL DIGITAL INPUT

Connect the coaxial digital output with the corresponding input on the AV receiver by means of a coaxial cable (not included in your accessory). The opti- cal digital audio output sends an encoded “RAW” digital audio signal to your receiver for decoding. Please note that this connection is only possible if your digital receiver is compatible to Dolby Digital, MPEG and/or PCM.

A loud distorted noise comes from your loudspeakers:

In this case the receiver is not suitable for the digital audio format of the DVD player. Playback with 6 channel digital surround sound is only possible, if the receiver has a digital multi-channel sound decoder.
