Auto Retune

This function allows you to control when new services (channels) are added and stored on the Receiver.

	Item
	Whenever new services (channels) are
Always Start	detected, the Receiver will automatically
	tune and store them.
	Whenever new services (channels) are
	detected, a message will appear on
Always Ask	screen. You can choose to tune and
	store the new services or cancel the
	auto retune.

Auto Standby

This function allows you to automatically switch the Receiver into standby mode when there is no user activity for 3 hours.

		Item
		The Receiver will automatically switch
Enabled		into standby mode when there is no
		user activity for 3 hours.
		The Receiver will remain on constantly
Disabled		unless switched into standby mode by
		the user.
	General
	Power Save in Standby Mode

This function allows you to control the power saving features of your Receiver.

	Item
Enabled	The receiver uses a very low amount of
	power when in standby.
Disabled	Power saving features are disabled.

Auto Retune Messages

This function controls when retune messages are displayed.

	Item
All	All messages are displayed.
No Minor	Only major messages are displayed.
Messages
Information Only	Only information messages are
	displayed.
None	No messages are displayed.

NOTE

•During the digital switchover, Auto retune messages may be displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions to retune.

Upgrade Software

This function allows you to control when software upgrades are installed.

	Item
Automatic	The receiver will automatically install
	software upgrades when available.
	The receiver will display a message
Manual	allowing you to confirm or cancel the
	software upgrade.
