Tips

Adjusting the volume or the audio emphasis (see page 24) will not affect the recording level.

For the best results, use TYPE I (normal) tape for recording.

When recording from two or three CDs, the player pauses recording and makes a blank between the tracks while CDs are being changed, When changing of CDs is finished, recording resumes automatically.

To erase a recording, proceed as follows:

1Insert the tape whose recording you want to erase into the tape compartment on deck B.

2Press TAPE until “TAPE” appears in the display window.

3Press ron deck B.

Notes

Do not press )or 0while recording on a tape.

If the AM program makes a whistling

sound after you’ve pressed rin step 3, move the AM loop aerial connected to the player as far as possible.
