Do not connect any other equipment while the device is switched on. Switch off the other equipment as well before connecting it.

1Connect the »AV1« or »AV2« socket (Amira 17 and 20 only) on the television and the corresponding socket on the video recorder, DVD player or the set-top box with a Euro-AV (Scart) cable.

Using a video recorder, DVD player or SET-TOP box

1Switch on the video recorder, DVD player or SET-TOP box and select the function you wish to use.

2Select »AV1« or »AV2« (Amira 17 and 20 only) by pressing »AV«.

You can hear and see the video and audio information from the video recorder or the SET-TOP box on the television set.

Connecting the SVHS video recorder

If you own a SVHS video recorder, you can connect it using a SVHS cable to the »S-VHS« socket.

Switch on the video recorder and select the function you wish

Select the »AVS« preset channel with »AV«.
