Using a DVD, video CD or audio CD

Depending on the disc being used, some functions may not be available.

Playing back a title

1After the disc compartment closes and the disc is scanned, play- back starts automatically.

2To pause playback (freeze-frame), press »8!«.

3Press »8!« to resume playback.

4Press »7« to interrupt playback.

5Press »8!« to resume playback.

6End playback with »7« (press twice).

Note:

Depending on the disc being used, you may have to select chapters or titles on the disc using »P+«, »P-«, »￿« or »￿« and press »OK« to activate the or »8!« to start playback.

Calling up information*

You can call up information on the title, chapter and playing time for display on the screen.

1Press »GO TO« twice to display the info menu.

2Repeatedly press »GO TO« to hide the info menu.

Calling up the zero setting function*

You can select a playback position to the precise second with the zero setting function.

1Press »GO TO« three times to display the zero setting function.

2Select the time, title and chapter input with »￿« or »￿«.

3Using the numerical buttons »1…0« enter the time, title or chapter number and press »OK« to confirm.

4Playback starts at the position you entered.
