Customized setting

DIGITAL VNR

You can reduce the picture noise. Select the DIGITAL VNR in the PICTURE menu, then choose a setting of DIGITAL VNR function.

MENU PICTURE DIGITAL VNR

OFF

DIGITAL VNR is turned off.

MIN

Effect of DIGITAL VNR becomes minimum level.

AUTO

Effect of DIGITAL VNR is automatically controlled.

MAX

Effect of DIGITAL VNR becomes maximum level.

If you select MAX, the picture becomes softer even if the original picture is sharp.

When you select to VIDEO-3 mode. You can not adjust DIGITAL VNR.

MENU FEATURES SLEEP TIMER

When the elapsed of time left one minute, “GOOD NIGHT!” appears on the screen. You can display the SLEEP TIMER menu again to confirm or change the remaining time.

LANGUAGE

You can choose your desired on screen display language. Select the LANGUAGE in the INSTALL menu, then choose a language.

CHANNEL GUARD

When there is a TV channel you do not want your children to watch, you can lock out the channel. Even when a child chooses a programme number for a locked out channel the screen will change to

blue and display

 

so the channel cannot be

viewed.

To set this function:

1 Choose CHANNEL GUARD, then press the number 0 (AV) button.

2 Set the ID number you want.

To choose a number:

Press the 5/buttons.

 

 

To move a cursor:

 

 

 

Press the 2/3 buttons.

 

 

3 Press the MENU/OK button.

4 Press the 5/buttons to choose a TV channel.

The TV shows the TV programme which the chosen TV channel is now.

5 Press the blue button to set this function to the TV channel.

(CHANNEL GUARD) appears and the TV channel is locked. To cancel this function: Press the blue button again.

(CHANNEL GUARD) disappears and the lock is released.

6 Press the MENU/OK button to complete the setting. The menu disappears.Press the blue button again.
