Notes on Discs

On handling discs

To keep the disc clean, handle the disc by its edge. Do not touch the surface.

Do not stick paper or tape on the disc.

If the disc is contaminated with any substance like glue remove before using it.

HOW TO WATCH A DVD

When TV set is turned on, press DVD button on Remote Control and press play, or directly press play button at the front panel. If there is no disc inside the tray, press Open / Close button, place a DVD and press play.

Do not use solvents such as benzine, thinner, commercially available cleaners or anti-static spray intended for vinyl LPs.

DVD Control Panel Buttons

A Disc Tray Loader = Please insert a disc to the disc Loader.

B = Open / Close

(Eject or Load the disc)

C = Plays/pauses the disc. When DVD menu (root menu) is active, this button functions as “button select” (selects the high- lighted item in menu) if this is not prohibited by the disc.

D = Stop (Stop playing disc.)

E /= Search back / Skip back

F / = Search forward / Skip next

Note 1: 8 cm discs should be placed into the tray in accordance with the indica- tion marks.
