Overlapping Events If two events overlap, you will be prompted to delete one of the events, or allow them to overlap. If you allow them to over- lap, the event with the earliest starting time will be completely recorded, then the remainder of the event with the next earliest starting time will be recorded.

Event List Full Press ENTER to view the list of events. Select an event to delete, and then press CLEAR.

Event in the Past If you try to create an event that is in the past, you will receive an error message. However if the event started in the past, but has not ended yet, the deck will begin recording immediately.

Complete Program Record (CPR)

Complete Program Record (CPR) automatically adjusts the recording speed so

you don’t run out of tape before the recording is complete. When Record Speed is set to Auto, the DVD+VCR will begin recording in SP. It will then calculate how much time is remaining on the tape and adjust the record speed to SLP if necessary. If there is not enough room to record the entire show, the DVD+VCR will record in SLP until the end of the tape is reached.
